Ingredients

  • Maikai flour 3 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Mix herb 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp + frying
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Basil 1 tsp
  • Mix herb 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Cheese powder 3 tbsp
  • Onion powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Grapes 1 cup ( black and green each)
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green Chilli 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Mix herb 1 tsp

Instructions

  • For nachos  For seasoning  Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients well.
  • Nachos  Take a large bowl add the flour and oil mix it well. Now add the remaining ingredients in it & make a semi dough using water. Roll it a thin roti from it using dry flour then cut into a shape of nachos and dip fry till crispy.
  • Salsa  Chop the grapes onion and green chilli, then add the seasoning to it. Now grapes salsa with nachos is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

In place of wheat flour, maida can be used.
