Grapes and Cranberry Custard

Ingredients

  • 300 ml full fat milk (Amul Gold)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla flavour custard powder
  • 1/4 cup cold milk to dilute custard powder
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a pan. Dilute custard powder in a bowl with cold milk. Set aside.When the milk starts boiling, add sugar and boil in medium flame till sugar is dissolved.
  • Add pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. Now add the diluted custard powder and boil stirring constantly. Switch off flame immediately when custard thickens. Set aside to cool.
  • Refrigerate. Mix grapes and cranberries and toss.Serve chilled a delicious, healthy sweet and mildly sour dessert anytime or after meals.
