  • Raw mango
  • Water
  • Jaggery powder
  • Black salt
  • Green Cardamom
  • Fresh lime
  • Soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  • First prepared Raw Mango concentrate, Put the raw mango pieces in a saucepan on medium flame. Add half cup water and cover the lid. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. When the mango pieces turn soft and mushy, transfer the pulp to another container.
  • Take the same saucepan and pour rest of the water in it and put on flame. Add the jaggery powder to it and make syrup with it.
  • Now take the pulp in a blender, add black salt, green cardamom and mix them well.
  • Now add the smooth mango paste in the syrup in the sauce pan (switch off the flame) and stir well. The Green Mango concentrate is ready!
  • How To Store Concentrate: Cool down the concentrate and strain it in a sterilized glass bottle (air tight). Now you can store this concentrate for almost two weeks in refrigerator.
  • All you need to do is, take 1-2 tablespoons of the concentrate in a glass, add fresh lime juice 1tsp, chilled soda and some ice and relish. Happy summer!

Notes/Tips

Cool off with this refreshing Mango cooler drink? 1. Instead of Jaggery you can use sugar. 2. You can also add roasted cumin powder, mint leaves and chopped green chillies as per taste.
