Ingredients

  • Bajari flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery water 1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  • Blench spinach 15-20 leaves
  • Green garlic 4-5
  • Ginger 1
  • Green Chilli 2
  • White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Flour for rolling

Instructions

  • In mixing jar add blench spinach, coriander, ginger, green garlic and Chilli make a fine paste from it.
  • In mixing bowl add flour and all the ingredients and make dough from it like a paratha
  • Now roll the paratha from it and shallow fry in oil.
  • Serve it hot with curd.

Notes/Tips

If u like then any other flour can be added.
