- Boil Green Peas for about 5 minutes. Set aside. Blend to a smooth paste.
- Heat Ghee to a pan. Add this blended paste to it and cook until the water dries up for about 5-6 minutes at first. Now add Sugar and Cardamom powder to it. Mix and cook on a low to medium high heat until done. Since the Peas have been boiled, it doesn't take much time in getting roasted to perfection. The texture also is absolutely amazing.
- After it starts to leave the sides of the pan, it means that it's done to perfection. Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. Garnish with some more of Nuts and dish it out warm to be served to your family and loved ones. Yum!
- Enjoy it warm or cold. It's equally flavourful and delicious.
