- Heat 4 tsp. Oil or ghee in kadai & add asafoetida.Then add grinded green peas masala & fry it till dries out. Make ball from it. Keep aside.
- Mix Flour,salt & oil well. Then add water & knead it well. Make soft dough & add 1 tsp. Oil on it. Divide it in 6 portions. Take one portion of dough & stuff it with green peas masala.
- Then roll it & fry it in non-stick frying pan. Fry it both side with 2 tsp. oil. Then serve it with Dum aloo or Achari aloo.
