- Wash n soaked basmati rice for 15 minutes.
- Add peas n finely chopped potatoes in rice n Cook it.
- When it cook 80% turned off Gas flame n drain it.
- Take a pan n heat oil n add cumin seeds n onions, capsicum n green chutney.
- Add all above spices n salt n mixed well.
- Now add cooked rice n mixed slowly.
- It's ready to serve.
