Ingredients

  • 1 cup musk melon chopped
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup water.
  • Put all ingredients in mixer jar. Grind.
  • Put in glass and serve
