Ingredients

  • 2 cups soft and fresh green tamarind chopped
  • 2 cups fresh coriander
  • 15 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 6-7 green chillies chopped
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a mortar mince tamarind first.
  • 2. Add salt and then add other ingredients and mince everything to a required texture.
