  • 1/2 kg tuvar Dana ,1 potato
  • 2tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp roasted Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric ,1 tbsp garam masala ,1 pinch hing
  • 2 spoon onion garlic paste
  • 2 spoon tomato paste
  • 1, 1/ 2 cup water ,as taste Salt

Instructions

  • Wash both veggies in cooket heat oil add hing add onion paste cook for 5 kin add ginger,tomato paste cook till oil release.
  • Add all masala 2 spoon water cook till oil release add tuvar Dana and potato..presser cook it for 2 whistle. Garnish with chopped coriander.
