- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add Garlic & Green Chillies in hot oil and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add roasted peanuts and sauté for another 1 minute. Switch off the gas and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Once cooled, add salt and mix well. Take the mixture out into a stone-made mortar and pestle and pound it into Thecha. Green Chilli Thecha is ready to serve. Serve this with rice.
