  • Pav bhaji masala

Instructions

  • Heat a pan with few drops of Ghee . Cook spinach leaves in it. Sprinkle a pinch of Cooking Soda . Keep stirring. After 1 to 1.5 minute , switch off the flame . Keep aside. In a mixer jar , take garlic pods , green chillies, ginger pieces , fresh coriander and cooked spinach. Add 1 to 2 tbsp water and grind into smooth paste. In a pan , heat butter and oil. Add chopped onions . Cook it till it’s fully done. Add chopped capsicum . Cook for more a minute. Add chopped green tomatoes. Mix well. Cover the pan and cook till tomatoes are fully cooked and soft. Now , add spinach paste. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Keep stirring Now add boiled and chopped potatoes, green peas, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala . Mix well. Add 1 to 1.5 cup hot water. Mix and mash bhaji . Add butter, chopped green coriander and some leaves of green onions . Bhaji ready to serve . Serve hot with Roasted Pav.
