- First, soak the lobia overnight or at least 6 hours and pressure cook for 5 whistles. Open check if done then add salt to taste and give it a good boil.
- Now in mixy grind coriander, green chili garlic, onions and a salt little bit.
- Add oil in a pan heat it adds jeera and this mixture and cooks till the raw smell disappears. Then add the cooked lobia and cover and cook for two mins. Serve with jeera rice or roti.
