Ingredients

  • green moong one cup
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Chopped dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery one cup
  • Ghee one Tbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Elaichi powder 1/4 TSP
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 TSP

Instructions

  • Roast the green moong and blend in coursey powder
  • Take a heavy buttom pan, grease with ghee Add grated coconut, roast for 3 to 5 minutes Add jaggery and water keep stirring
  • When jaggery dissolves add rest of the ingredients , mix well and cover for 15 minutes.
  • When the mixture cools down a bit, take out little portion and prepare the Ladoos

Notes/Tips

To make it Vegan, Ghee can be replaced with coconut oil or any other edible plant based oil. Cook on low flame.
