- Roast the green moong and blend in coursey powder
- Take a heavy buttom pan, grease with ghee Add grated coconut, roast for 3 to 5 minutes Add jaggery and water keep stirring
- When jaggery dissolves add rest of the ingredients , mix well and cover for 15 minutes.
- When the mixture cools down a bit, take out little portion and prepare the Ladoos
