  • 200 g moong
  • 1 onion chopped ,1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Curry leaves some
  • 1 tsp Jeera ,1/4 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya powder ,1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil ,Green chilli 1 chopped
  • leaves Carionder

Instructions

  • First soak the moong dal overnight and next day boiled the moog80 percentage.
  • In a panput oil and heat it then add jeera hing and fry for 1 minute then add green chilli onion ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes still soft fryfor 2 minutes then add dry masalas fry for 2 minutes then add green moong boiled and cooked for 5 minutes and add lemon juice and grammasala. Just try for 2 minutes and of the flame...
  • Granish with carionder leaves.serve with chapati..
