Ingredients

  • 350 gm spinach
  • 150 gm mung dal
  • 200 gm wheat flour
  • 25 gm semolina
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp seasame Seed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Soak mung dal for 3,4 hours.Then grind it with green chili.
  • Wash spinach n grind it also
  • Now add all flours n spices all together n make a dough
  • Make puries from this dough deep fry them.
  • Serve hot with aloo ki sabji
