- Firstly in a blender jar add the green peas and blend it well. Keep aside.
- Take the chhana on a flat surface and knead it with the heel of your palm till it become smooth and your palm become almost oily then Keep aside.
- In a pan heat 1 tblspn of ghee, add the green peas paste and cook for 7 to 8 mins over low flame. Add the chhana and mix well.
- Now add the sugar, grated ginger and mix well till the mixture comes off clean from the sides of the pan.
- Grease a flat dish with little ghee then spread the mixture on the dish, about 3/4 inch in thickness.
- Using a sharp knife cut the sandesh into your desire shape. You can refrigerate it for 20 mins and then serve.
