  • Coconut
  • Green chillies
  • Mustard
  • Ghee
  • Red chilli
  • Salt
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing

Instructions

  • par boil the green peas along with salt. Once done drain the waters and run the green peas through cold water to retain the texture. Cook The Masala Next, take a pan and add in ghee, then mustard seeds, hing, red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger grated, toss them for a minute. Once the masala turns slightly brown, add in the boiled green peas, keep stirring on high flame. Once the peas, turns slightly golden in colour, reduce the flame and coconut, toss nicely. Cook for some time season with salt and serve hot.
