Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 boiled patato mashed
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp coriander chutney

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add all the veggies and mayonnaise, mixed herbs, Chilli flakes, tomato ketchup and shredded cheese and mix everything well.
  • Now on one slice of bread apply butter and on another slice, apply coriander chutney.
  • On chutney slice, apply a spoonful of veggies mixture and evenly spread it. Put butter bread slice on it and grill it on tawa applying butter on both the sides.
  • When it is grilled then cut it into half and apply shredded cheese over it and serve it with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
