- In a large mixing bowl, add all the veggies and mayonnaise, mixed herbs, Chilli flakes, tomato ketchup and shredded cheese and mix everything well.
- Now on one slice of bread apply butter and on another slice, apply coriander chutney.
- On chutney slice, apply a spoonful of veggies mixture and evenly spread it. Put butter bread slice on it and grill it on tawa applying butter on both the sides.
- When it is grilled then cut it into half and apply shredded cheese over it and serve it with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
