  • Bay leaves
  • Coconut milk
  • Lemon grass
  • Boiled boneless chicken
  • Oil
  • Lemon leaves
  • Chopped onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Red chilli
  • Brown sugar
  • Pepper powder
  • Maggie magic masala
  • Tamarind pulp
  • Banana leaves
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wrap the rice using banana leaf, stick both end side with toothpick. Grilled it on a non stick frying pan with low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or grill until charred, then serve it with some salads and achar.

Notes/Tips

Before using the banana leaves you should be grilled it for 3 to 4 sec.
