Ingredients

  • 1 cup mix roasted seeds
  • 1 cup Dalia oats
  • 1/3 cup each almonds and cashews
  • 1/4 cup black raisins
  • 1/3 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless dates
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  • In a bowl add mix roasted seeds.Then dry roast almonds cashews for 2-3 min in a low flame & coarsely grind.put this in the bowl.
  • Then add black raisins & cranberries.Now grind dates into a paste put this in a bowl.
  • Roast Dalia oats on low flame for 2-3 min.& add in the bowl.Now add honey in the bowl combine all well.
  • In a baking tray or mould line up the parchment paper and add the mixture into it. Press equally from all sides with the help of spatula,Spread some black raisins and cranberries over it,press little.
  • Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours for setting, Extract after setting,remove parchment paper and cut into slices.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and serve very nutritious granola bars or preserve for a week in a air tight container.
