- Dhokli: To make dhokli, mix all ingredients, add water (as needed) to make dough. Make small dhoklies from this dough.
- In a cooker, heat oil, add carom seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida and green chilli. Add 2 cups of water. Add cluster beans (cut in to small pieces) and all spices.
- Let it to boil, then add dhokli. Pressure cook it for 2 whistle. Then add jaggeri and boil it. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.Daal Dhokli is ready to serve with Papad ..
