Bhugha is a traditional sweet of Lohri festival. Generally it is made with sugar, khoya and til. But this recipe is made with Gud. Gud is very beneficial for health.

Ingredients

  • Gur, khoya, Til, Kishmish, dry nuts
  • Gur, khoya, Til, Kishmish, dry nuts

Instructions

  • Roast til ,keep aside. Roast khoya and keep aside Now take Gud, melt it on medium high heat, when it starts melting lower down heat. add khoya and til. Mix this mixture nicely. Switch off heat. Add kishmish to it. Mix again. On cooling ,make balls flatten to desired shape. Garnish with til and kishmish. and dry nuts.

Notes/Tips

Don't add til and khoya on high heat. otherwise they burn.
