- Boil the water and add jaggery until it gets melt. Keep it aside until it gets cool. Take a wheat flour in a large bowl and add 4 tablespoon Oil for moyan and 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds. Mix it well. Add the jaggery mixture and make a thick better of it. Now take a frying pan and heat the oil. Make round Fitters by using hand and deep fry it until it's colour change into golden brown at medium flame. Place it in a plate and serve the hot gulgule.
