  • Gud, Rice, dry nuts, Saunf, Salt

Instructions

  • Take one cup rice, wash and soak. On otherside ,take 250 gms of gud( Jaggery) ,add 2 cups of water.keep it on heat ,also add Saunf , half tsp salt, sliced coconut to it. Bring it to a boil. In another pan add desi ghee put soaked rice in it . Add jaggery water to it. Cover it and stir in between till rice cooks. Add pure fried nuts and switch off heat. Cover the pan let it stay for 5 mts. Plate and garnish. Enjoy.

Notes/Tips

Take care not to over cook jaggeried water. Otherwise the rice won't cook properly
