- First add coconut in a heavy kadai and roast for 5 minutes to get rid of the moisture from the coconut. Do not brown the coconut.
- Add the jaggery and mix it with coconut. Stir continuously till the jaggery melts and mixture becomes thick.
- Switch off the flame. Let the mixture cools down.
- Make small balls out of it. Roll with sesame seeds.
- Laddus are ready to serve.
