- Dry roast wheat flour on low flame
- Add ghee in it after wheat flour changes slight colour
- Again stir it well for 10 min more and let it mix well.
- Then add fried thick poha for crispiness to the papdi.
- Add 1 cup of jaggery only when the mixture is hot.
- Apply ghee on plate and take out the mixture on plate. Make square or diamond shape cuts.
- And the Gudpapdi is ready.
