Ingredients

  • Wheat flour, jaggery
  • Ghee, thick poha

Instructions

  • Dry roast wheat flour on low flame
  • Add ghee in it after wheat flour changes slight colour
  • Again stir it well for 10 min more and let it mix well.
  • Then add fried thick poha for crispiness to the papdi.
  • Add 1 cup of jaggery only when the mixture is hot.
  • Apply ghee on plate and take out the mixture on plate. Make square or diamond shape cuts.
  • And the Gudpapdi is ready.

Notes/Tips

Ads jaggery in mixture only ahe it is hot so that it will mix well. And after mixing immediately switch off the flame otherwise papdi will be very hard.
