Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Semi crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup + spreading

Instructions

  • In bowl mix jaggery and water and allow to dissolve.
  • In another mixing bowl add flour and all ingredients in it and rub the ghee.
  • Make stiff dough by add jaggery water as required .
  • Roll the bhakhari and dry roast at low flame till crisp and golden brown in color.
  • Serve it warm by spreading ghee on it.

Notes/Tips

Take care of dough, otherwise crispy texture won't be available.
