Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dahi1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 Slited green chillies, 2-3 Curry Leaves
  • 2 tsp Oil, One pinch hing
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, Salt and sugar. to taste

Instructions

  • Take dahi, coconut milk, coriander leaves, green chillies in a bowl, with some water and blend with hand blender. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, hing, and curry leaves. Let it splutter. Add the tadka to the drink and serve. You can take out the chillies before serving.
