Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tuver Daal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • 6-8 curry leaves
  • Coriander as needed
  • 1 tspn jaggery
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cumin seeds
  • 1 dry Red chili
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • Take a bowl n added Tuver Daal in it. Soaked it in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • After that boiled daal with tomato in pressure cooker.
  • Now churning Daal with the help of grinder n added all spices n salt in it.
  • Boiled it n stir it. Add coriander leaves n curry leaves n jaggery.
  • After 2-3 boiled make tadka. Take little pan n heat oil in it.
  • Added both seeds Red chili n bay leaf n hing in it. pouring this tadka in Daal n mix well.
  • Ready to serve with rice or Roti.

Notes/Tips

Make sure Daal is soaked.
