Ingredients

  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 2 tspn besan
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 peace ginger
  • 1 tspn finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 8 curry leaves
  • Dry ingredients..
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tspn Ghee
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 dry Red chilli
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnemon stick

Instructions

  • Take a bowl n add besan n buttermilk in it n mix well.. without any lums..
  • Pour it n large thick bowl n boiled it..
  • After one boiled added salt n all above spices in it.
  • Take small kadai n heat ghee in it n added all dry ingredients in it..
  • After its cracking pour it in Kadi n mix well. Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Served with khichdi or rice..
