  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn Ghee
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1 tspn jaggery
  • 8-12 curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves as needed
  • For tadka...
  • 2 dry Red chili
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tspn basan

  • Prepare ingredients.
  • Take a large bowl n add mixture of buttermilk n basan..
  • Add coriander leaves n salt.
  • Add jaggery.
