- Take maida in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of ghee in it and mix it well. Then add water precisely and kneed the dough soft. Keep it aside to get settled.
- Take a pan on gas put ghee in it and add suji and stir until it gets golden color.
- Take a bowl, crush khoya and add suji, sugar, elaichi, dry fruits and mix it well.
- Take the dough take small pieces like puri and roll it .
- Now fill the mixture in the puri apply water around the puri and wrap it up, do that it won't tear while frying.
- Make the rest of the gujiya and put the pan on gas , put refined oil and heat it up.
- When it is heated put the gas flame on medium. And put 4-5 gujiya at a time and fry it until it turn golden brown.
