Ingredients

  • Atta 1 cup
  • Jaggeru 3/4th cup
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Elaichi 2 tbsp
  • Water 100 ml
  • Coconute grated 100 gms

Instructions

  • Take the atta and ghee and roast until it turns golden brow
  • Keep the atta aside. Now add the jaggery and melt it and then add ghee and then mix atta ghee jaggery stir it well
  • , add grated coconut and elaichi powder and stir again and then dough the product
  • Make it into balls and put it in a thali Garnish with coconut powder and serve
