  • Delicious Indian dessert Recipe #2 Preparation In a kadai add 800 grams of sugar and 800ml of water...Boil well...It should be sticky consistency... Add cardamom powder and switch off the stove . Now take 800 grams of Ready-made jamoon pre-mix.... By adding little water knead well....Dough should be soft without any cracks ...Then grease your palm with ghee and make small round shaped,Crack free balls using dough..Fry until golden brown & transfer this to sugar syrup ...Enjoy Sandhya Prasad

*Do not fry Jamoons in high flame *Dough should be crack free *Sugar syrup should be hot while adding fried jamoons
