- In a pan add sugar and water cook sticky consistency. Add cardamom powder switch off the flame and lime juice and kept a side.
- Take a bowl add milk powder and little by little water make a soft dough and rest for 30 minutes. And divide the dough equal size.
- In a Kadai add oil is heated, then add jamuns 4 or 5 cook in low flame. With ladle rotate the oil without touch the jamuns for 8 to 10 Minutes till golden in colour.
- Add the jamuns in sugar syrup for 30 minutes. Gulab Jamoon ready to serve.
