- Mix all type of flour, baking soda, and add ghee amd mix well.
- Now add milk step by step and make a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15 min
- For sugar syrup: Add water and sugar and boil until caramalized or brown color. Check the consistency of the syrup by fingers and keep it aside
- Take a ghee in a pan for frying and make small balls of the dough and fry the balls. Fry until golden brown on low flame or medium
- Put that balls in the sugar syrup and merge them.
- Gulab jamun is ready and garnish it with nuts of your wish
