Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1/4 baking soda
  • 5-6 tbsp milk
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • ghee or oil for frying
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 cardemom pods
  • pinch of saffron

Instructions

  • Mix all type of flour, baking soda, and add ghee amd mix well.
  • Now add milk step by step and make a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15 min
  • For sugar syrup: Add water and sugar and boil until caramalized or brown color. Check the consistency of the syrup by fingers and keep it aside
  • Take a ghee in a pan for frying and make small balls of the dough and fry the balls. Fry until golden brown on low flame or medium
  • Put that balls in the sugar syrup and merge them.
  • Gulab jamun is ready and garnish it with nuts of your wish
