- Step 1 Take a pan pour sugar, water n cardamom powder, cook until one string.. keep aside.. Step 2 Take a mixing bowl, pour powdered milk, all purpose flour, semolina , baking powder n ghee, mix it well .. Now add milk n make a smooth dough n rest for 5 mins.. Now take a small amount of dough n give it a shape of ball, make all.. Step 3 Take a pan heat oil n fry the jamuns on low to medium flame.. Now pour the Gulab Jamun in the sugar syrup n cook for 5 to 10 mins on low flame.. Garnish with chopped pistachios..
