  • 1 cup gulab jamun instant mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cardamom pwdr
  • Milk 1 litter
  • Condensd milk 2tbsp
  • Custard pwdr 1tsp
  • Vanilla assence 1/2 tsp
  • Cheshew ,rasien 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Tack a bowl add mix flour init add milk slowly slowly n make soft dough ...keep in side
  • Now ptepaire syrup add sugar in a kdai add water n boil it .add cardamom pwdr N gulab jel .mix it make syrup nither thick nor thin .
  • Kneed nicely Of dough n Now make small balls in mid pour cheshew n raisien n fry init hot oil .
  • Deep in syrup all jamun .mean while we prepair Rabdi .
  • Tack a pan add milk boil slow to high flame add cardamom pwdr n condasd milk continue stir till thicker .
  • Add custard mix milk . Ready for serve .arrange gulab jamun in a plate n garnish with Rabdi ..Enjoye

Dough bahut soft hona chahiye nhi to break hone ka dr rhta hei.
