Ingredients

  • 2 Cups mava
  • 1/4 Cup ararut,or maida
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 cups water for syrup
  • as required Some strands of kesar
  • as required Ghee for fry

Instructions

  • With the help of palms mash mava to make soft.Add maida in it & again knead to make soft & like as roti dough.If necessary add little water.Then make small balls. No crack found.
  • Heat ghee in kadai. Sim flame. Fry gulab jamun
  • Mix sugar, water. & Keep to boil. When it start boiling slow the flame & boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Add gulab jamun in it
