Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Jaggery
  • Ghee
  • Water
  • Black peppercorns
  • Poppy seeds
  • Almonds (crushed)
  • Grated Coconut
  • Gond
  • Silver leaf

Instructions

  • In a bowl take 2 cups of flour and 1 and a half cup of ghee.
  • Mix them well and make with the help of Luke warm water, make a dough.
  • Now make small balls of the dough.
  • In a pan put 200 grams of ghee and fry the balls .
  • Place it in a plate and leave the balls for 15-20 minute to get cool.
  • Now in another pan put a tablespoon of ghee, poppy seeds, grated Coconut and pepprcorns.
  • Saute it till they become light brown.
  • Now crush the balls firmly and mix all the saute Items.
  • Now in pan take jaggery and 1 cup of water.
  • Bring it a boil and make gur Chashni. Cool it
  • Mix the Chashni with the mixture.
  • Now make laddoos from it.
  • Garnish it with silver leaf
