- Dry fry wheat for few minutes. Grind to a coarse powder. Mix with milk and soak for an hour.
- Heat a thick bottomed kadai, add a tbsp ghee.
- Add soaked wheat powder and saute on low flame.
- In another kadai, make jaggery syrup by melting powdered jaggery with little water.
- Add this syrup to wheat mixture and cook well till it starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee, elaichi powder. Allow to cool.
- Make any desired shape.
- Garnish with grated coconut and dry fruits.
