Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup jaggery
  • 1 cup chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds)
  • raisins, dates, walnuts, apricot
  • 1 spoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 spoon oats
  • 1 spoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tb spoon ghee

Instructions

  • Melt ghee in a pan and roast fruits in it. Do not overbrown them. Add all dried ingredients and add jaggery in the end.
  • Allow jaggery to melt and mix everything together nicely
  • Cool the mixture down and mould it into bars or laddus
