  • Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • Ghee 1 cup Ghee
  • Gur ( Jaggery) 3 cups Gur , grated
  • Milk 1 cup Milk
  • Baking Soda 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt to taste Salt

Instructions

  • Dissolve the gur in half the milk over low heat and cool.

  • Roll into 1/4 inch thick rounds, prick and cook over low heat, smearing ghee over and around the roti.
