# -Crush a inch size piece of ginger and cardamom. - Boil one cup water - once it is boiled add crushed ginger and cardamom to it and let it boil nicely. - once it gets boil slow down the flame and add crushed jaggery (quantity as per your choice) to it. - Let it boil nicely. - Add one cup hot boiled milk. - Bring it to one boil and swtich off the gas. - Serve your hot tea.

Notes/Tips

Add hot boiling milk only. After adding milk once it gets one boil switch off the gas immediately. Dont over boil it
