HALBAI Ingredients; Rice 1 cup Water 2 3/4 cup Jaggery 1 cup Cardamom powder little Grated coconut 1 cup Ghee 1/2 cup Soak rice for 2 hours Then grind rice, coconut into fine paste with little water Take a thick bottom vessel Add jaggery & water Keep stirring till it dissolves Then add grinded rice & coconut paste Mix well so that lumps should not form Keep stirring till mixture becomes thick Add cardamom powder & mix well Take a ghee smeared plate Spread mixture & cut into pieces
