Ingredients

  • Chickpeas
  • Garlic
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Pita bread to accompany with it if needed
  • Can also cut juliennes of carrot and zucchini

Instructions

  • In a blender take pressure cooked chickpeas and blend it till smooth
  • Add white sesame seeds
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add few cloves of garlic
  • Add cumin seeds powder
  • Season it with salt and pepper
  • Now blend everything well by adding some water if needed
  • Once blended well take it out in a bowl and drizzle some olive oil
  • Serve with Lavash or pita bread 🫓 or to make it more healthy serve with carrot or zucchini cut into finger shapes
