- In a blender take pressure cooked chickpeas and blend it till smooth
- Add white sesame seeds
- Add lemon juice
- Add few cloves of garlic
- Add cumin seeds powder
- Season it with salt and pepper
- Now blend everything well by adding some water if needed
- Once blended well take it out in a bowl and drizzle some olive oil
- Serve with Lavash or pita bread 🫓 or to make it more healthy serve with carrot or zucchini cut into finger shapes
