- Take a bowl and add water,hakka noodles,oil and boil. Take a pan an d add oil, mustard,cumin,carrot and saute. Then add cabbage,spring onions and cook. Then add soy sauce, vinegar,tasting salt,red chilli powder,salt and mix well. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan and mix until everything is combined. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
