  • 2egg
  • 1 tsp ghee to taste salt and pepper powder
  • Pinch red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Heat tawa.add ghee
  • Break egg over it
  • Sprinkle salt,red chilli powder and pepper powder.
  • Cover with lid and cook for half minute.
  • Half Fry Omelette is ready to serve.
