Ingredients

  • Full fat milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Gond powder 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 7
  • Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  • Malai/cream 2 tbsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 1 tbsp
  • Sooji 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 8

Instructions

  • Take milk in vessel and boil till warm.. Take a pan add ghee and as it melts add wheat flour and suji roast till golden and smells . Then add gond powder and roast well for 5/7 minutes
  • Then add warm milk gradually after 2 boils add curd and malai
  • Now milk will leave water let it boil ..in other pan take sugar let it melts without water. Sugar will melt and change its colour to brown
  • When milk reduces to less than half add caremalised sugar. Cardamom nutmeg powder and mix properly till pan leaves mixture.. will take an hour for all process
  • Now it's ready make any favourite shapes and garnish with chopped almonds
