- Take milk in vessel and boil till warm.. Take a pan add ghee and as it melts add wheat flour and suji roast till golden and smells . Then add gond powder and roast well for 5/7 minutes
- Then add warm milk gradually after 2 boils add curd and malai
- Now milk will leave water let it boil ..in other pan take sugar let it melts without water. Sugar will melt and change its colour to brown
- When milk reduces to less than half add caremalised sugar. Cardamom nutmeg powder and mix properly till pan leaves mixture.. will take an hour for all process
- Now it's ready make any favourite shapes and garnish with chopped almonds
